Snapshot Tag Management: Organize Releases at Scale

HOUSTON, Texas – September 22, 2025 – Codiac today released snapshot tag management, a new capability that brings organization and discoverability to release snapshots at scale. Teams can now tag, search, filter, and bulk-manage snapshots across their entire fleet using an interactive fuzzy search interface.

As organizations scale, the number of deployment snapshots grows rapidly. Finding the right snapshot for a rollback, promotion, or audit becomes a needle-in-a-haystack problem. Snapshot tag management solves this by letting teams apply meaningful labels—release versions, environment targets, approval status—and then filter and find snapshots instantly.

Key features include interactive fuzzy search for discovering snapshots, multi-select for bulk tag operations, and filtering by cabinet, date, version, or tag. The feature is available via both the CLI and web UI.
